Def. agree about the band, pronounced "Bla." Parklife especially is so underrated. That record was in our heavy rotation for decades and is still a fave, even with our teens!

Hey I just ordered Modern Life is Rubbish and then read the reviews after and there are many complaints about it being a faulty pressing.

People often play records on these toy turntables and then leave crap reviews about fidelity, so we'll see...

Just learned how to build polyphonic synths in miRack. I built an arpeggiator and mapped my MPK Mini to an envelope filter and spring reverb.

So ... I'll be doing that for a few hours now.

You just gave me goose bumps when I saw this. Instantly I'm sitting in our Pontiac Le Mans stationwagon mid 70's with Mom driving listening to KRTH 101 on the radio. Only music I knew existed at the time was from that station and of course my Dad's Elvis records. Funny how songs bring you back to certain moments in life, thanks for that!

That's wonderful! Yeah, so many memories are connected to music. I remember that, in the 70s, if I was home the radio or turntable was almost always on, and the AM was usually playing in the jalopy too. Still true in the car but we should be playing more records at home than we do, I'll admit.
