Something to get me going at work this morning. Unfortunately high speed dirt is a reality in aviation somtimes especially with the aerobatic types.

Rad.
They are one of those bands that I somehow always miss live. Last time I was *supposed* to see them COVID got in the way. One of these days! |

Saw the Drowns with Booze and Glory.
They are nonstop. Felt like I was gonna have a heart attack just watching him play and sing. |

Lucky.
I found out too late that they played a show in San Antonio March 23 while they were here for SXSW. I would have traveled down the highway to see that one for sure. |

Got a good giggle out of this one. Reminds myself of of a time at work in 2000. Glad I had a change of clothes with me, so did my boss.

Man ... back in the day you would have had to have been a huge audiophile to have 100 CDs, let alone a player that would hold that many. Quick question. First CDs ... what and when? I started in 1987. My first three CDs were Mannheim Steamroller's "Fresh Aire IV", The Replacements' "Tim" and Vasngelis "Opera Sauvage" Still have all three. In retrospect, that's kind of a weird combo. |

I was an early adopter of the gospel of Elvis as evidenced by my 7th grade picture below. This is just before my first Vespa ride that occurred going to a halfpipe that summer. I was pillion in charge of skateboards and the boom box. As I recall the boom box was playing Hanx by the Stiff Little Fingers. Over and over until the batteries died. Good times.
