Okay. Most of the stuff you'll see is a hoax or wishful thinking ($600). Look a bit and you'll find this:

I know 600 would seem impossible but the idea is kind of cool, looks a little like that Honda electric car only smaller

Now that is cool ... but me thinks visibility will become a serious problem!

Some old VWs might only have one seat left... but I guess that's not the same thing

the spherical VW camper is much much cooler than that tiny car

I test drove one of these a few years back... Couldn't get the damn thing off the lot!
