Modern Vespa

Finally as promised I am posting pics of my matt white MP3 which was formerly a mild mannered blue beauty that met pavement and thanks to the good folks at Oceanside Vespa was reborn as Blanco Tiburon(White Shark) (yes that custom one-off exhaust is as loud as it looks I even gained some top end speed with it. I have also added other sundry black upgrades including front wheels off a Vespa 300, also had them take off the all badges except rear piaggio emblem
What is left to complete the transformation:
Black diamond plate rugs
powder coat rear wheel
J-Costa or Pollini Variator

What do you guys think ? The blue is the before pic.

I really like the matte white, it makes the chrome ring on the tires pop. Are you gonna change seats to a custom? White piping similar to the ones they put on the 300 seats would look nice...

Nicely done, you gotta be happy with all that! Appearance is great, the mechanical upgrades next should really do the trick.

One question: The photos look like a gloss white to my eye, but I know screen-size images can be deceiving that way.  Is it actually a matte finish?

The white is great and you can do soooo much with it! Nice job, can't wait to see it finished! BTW...I still see the front emblem, did you decide to keep it on? Love your "HAT" too

Tony at Vespa Newport Beach (949) 631-5105 can give you the details on how much the exhaust cost. He used my bike as the guinea pig for the exhaust and it was ceramic coated and sounded fantastic. Yes a little loud but as the OP mentioned, you had a bit quicker take off and more at the top end.

That is one clean looking machine. Nicely done!

They are screws that hold the bodywork and radiator grille together from what I can see.

You said you had all the badges removed except the rear, but you also still have the one on the front.
