This is sick. Really - it looks amazing. I love the color. That "afternoon garage painter" did a pretty freakin good job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do you mind sharing how much you paid for painting? Did you sand down everything yourself or did the "garage painter" do that as well? |

It is very difficult task because: -color on foto is something else when you see it in person -second reason is-when you hear for this car, this would be the last color that would come on your mind (I hope that you can understand me) So keep on guessing or surrender |

Hi Jozzze can you advise on how you customised the horn cover. Like you I do not like the PK XL styled horn cover, the original one I had on the scooter back in '86 was much more like a PX EFL style one that actually houses the horn itself inside the cover like the PX MY. I have tried al sources possible to try and find one SIP BEEDSPEED etc etc but with know luck, it looks as thoughtwith yours you've moulded the V50 to a PK one any advice would be gratefully recieved. Also what modifications if any were needed to fit the V50 styled front mudguard

Here is a website from a German guy (http://www.pimp-your-vespa.de/products.htm), that produces retro horncovers.
Fitting a V50 mudguard was a little bit tricky. I had to re-shape fork (using a large hammer ) where side bolt holds mudguard and drill new holes for upper two bolts. Regards, Joze |

Hello Jose
Could you give me an exact number ( code ) of the colour you used to paint your vespa? Where did you get it? I cant find any online store selling 'Ferrari azzurro california'. Thanks in advance |

I have one more question. What have you done with the metal part (covering the front of the vespa all the way around) , before and after the painting? Coz i know that to change it you got to have a special tool ( which ofc I dont posses). Thats the part i mean: http://www.officinatonazzo.it/images/CF10173-OR.jpg |

Hello!
Sorry for a late reply...I've been busy. I have an idea to mount V50 mono seat to PK . Seat's "frame" needs to be redesigned to fit PK, I hope to do it somehow... Here are todays photos... Joze |
