Where is the regulator? I found a mechanic (Frank) out here in the 'wilds'... but he's not a Vespa man. we replaced the fuse, it ran for a while, but this morning I dropped it in some sand - still running on ground - I shut it off to pick her up, and then it blew the fuse again... subsequently every fuse I put in blows before I can even get a start. Frank doesn't know where to go next. We think it must be electrical, but I did not get a manual w/ this bike. I found an LX150 manual online - is it the same(ish)?? I need help TODAY... any ideas?
