when i used to be a teacher, one of my fellow teachers hired me to "buy" their car because the kids had been caught drinking. after i "bought" it, i kept it for a few day until i "found" something wrong with it and took it back and demanded my money back.

it was awesome.

What kind of a wuss can't manage a little dog and two kids?

Okay, I have two little dogs, I will take one of his kids. I need someone at home during the day to do laundry, and get me cold drinks out of my fridge when I come home.

By the way, wouldn't it do less damage to the kids emotionally, if you just told them, the dog was too much for you to handle and it will be living with a new family and they can visit anytime, than to inflict your kids with all the pain and anguish of a lost or stolen pet?
