Got my new Vespa 250 I LOVE IT!

I'm still in the breaking in period. Taking the slow approach. Took it out for my first cross town run. Man does it perform! Really cool! Here in Las Vegas we've had five people killed on motorcycles in the last week. One of them was a Vespa rider. Little scary! Any comments?

Congrats and welcome to MV angusjohn! As for comments ... um, be careful out there! Losing 5 riders in one week is a pretty scary number!

I have over 1000 miles on my 2009 GTS after 6 weeks, and have loved every one of them. I have recently driven in Las Vegas on vacation and thought Las Vegas had some of the worst drivers. But, I did notice most of the bad drivers had California plates on their cars. I cannot imagine riding a 2 wheeler in that city.

The GTS 250 truly is a fun and quality scooter. I'm glad you're enjoying it. Ride carefully and don't add to the motorsports crash stats in LV!

At least now there is less traffic on the road for you to ride in....
