I'm thinking about the following on my 2005 px 150, new seat, something comfy like this http://www.sip-scootershop.com/Products/39704000/Details.aspx , sebac shocks, cosa clutch.

The cosa clutch is a must-have, if you've got an engine it will fit.
I personally would opt for the REAR bitubo over a set of front and rear sebacs. The adjustablility you gain on the bitubo is really nice ...better than the sebac. |

a beat to shit clutch basket that's all nicked up in the fingers, combined with a mis-routed or poor condition clutch cable can make even the nicest clutch feel like a pain in the ass to pull.
It should't be hard... i've found that proper cable routing makes all my old bikes ( SS, Lambrettas ) feel like they have cosa clutches and buttery shifting. |

I apologize to everyone who has a "king / queen" seat but I think those things are horribly ugly.
What clutch comes in a stella? Is is similar to a cosa or standard? I took a stella for a spin and thought it shifted very nicely. Could be just because it was new. |

Not sure about the stella clutch, it's nice, rode my friend's and it's about like mine, just slightly tighter feeling. |

hmm, well maybe I'll rethink this one, the king/queen just looks so comfy, not that the px seat is particularly uncomfortable...

I had one of them on one of mine and to be honest its very bloody comfy. Only the downside is you are limited to one driving possition . Your arse stays put in the "bowl" of the seat. Also you get "whos is that old mans scoot?"
Bitubo shocks are nice too just after they start to loose gas try find somewhere to get it refilled. The only place that did them round here gave up as it wasnt worth his time. Cosa clutch are you kitting?? |
