if they can tell me, show me how to put this kick start assembly back together correctly! when i took the cover off, the gear had broken away from the shaft, now i have new shaft/gear assembly, but can't figure out how to put it all back together. it is on a 2004 ET2 50. any help would really be appreciated. oh, and i was just kidding about the 1000 bucks! LOL, rick

i did the same thing and it took three of us to get the spring pre-loaded again
