I have skimmed some of the threads on Amerivespa and other than Smrf's post on the seat cover have found nothing on MP3s participating in Amerivespa. Were any there? Where are the pictures? Did we have a bigger MP3 gathering in Chattanooga?

Does anybody have contact info for Vespa Club USA? I can't find an e-mail address on the Web site (vespaclubusa.org) or on the Amerivespa Facebook page.
Was hoping to keep this private, but I registered for the club via Paypal in JANUARY, never heard a peep, no welcome letter, no nothing. Made a post on Facebook (don't see how to do it now, the page may have changed), never got a reply. |

Thanks.
Update: No good. My e-mail bounced ("This account has been disabled or discontinued"). Left a message on a machine, sounds like somebody's residence. |

Thanks for the pics and links. By the counts here we did have as many in Chattanooga. The most together at one time by my count 8 and the total MP3s 11 counting the two we met on the road.

YES that is me and the Smrfmobile approx. 43-44 seconds in, surrounded by a bunch of bastards, um I mean Royal Bastards Scooter Club. And as amazing as the Smrfmobile is, he isn't the only 5-wheeled scoot in the area anymore. Rdudley has a silver one named Emma. When people ask me what I refer to my 'vehicle' as I say his name is Smrfmobile and he's a pentacycle. I received two other suggestions though at Amerivespa. Laura of SF Scootergirls said I should refef to him as a MP5, and Bradford (CEO of Corazzo) calls him a Fike.
That video was taken at the beginning of our ride to San Juan Bautista. I counted a total of 5 MP3's in the video too. See next post if I can ID the rides. I'll try to ID who I can from the pics... 1st, midnight blue 400 is RenoBob. 2nd, black 500, dunno. 3rd, black 500, riding 2up w/rider in safety vest is Oz. Hmm, STICKYFROG it seems you didn't grab all the MP3s out of the video. you're missing one and than I make 5. Also, attending on MP3s but not shown in the video were 88stillstanding (who's selling 500 BTW), makavoy (think that's his handle), and mysticbird. There was at least one other I saw but can't recall if it was the same unidentified one from pic #2 or someone else completely. Luthorhuss had stated some time ago that he was going to come out but I don't believe he did. RAMBLERDAN, Bradford Duval is CEO of Corazzo and President of Vespa Club of America. You may try to go through his company to reach him. From a review of his company I pulled this: For inquiries on carrying Corazzo at your shop, email Bradford Duval at sales@corazzo.net Corazzo 525 NE Davis St. Portland, OR 97232 p: (503) 493-9422 Hours: M-F 9 to 5 stickyfrog wrote: Has to be! |

Thanks!! And absolutely he exists! I had SOOO much fun at the rally, awesome rides, SOOO many scoots. It was cool going down to San Juan Bautista and on the straightaways seeing over a half mile of scoots.
When we stopped to gas up a new scoot friend's grandson observed all the cars at the stop sign next to and said "Wow, look at all those cars". I told him they were looking at us and saying "Wow, look at all those scooters!". There was all kinds of non-Vespa scooters to be seen. Brands I'd never heard of (Heinkl, Rotello), some new brands (Sym), and a general mis-mash of Genuine, Aprilia, Honda, Burgman (and yes even a 650 Burgie w/sidecar seen in the video about 3-4 seconds before we make our entrance! luthorhuss wrote: stickyfrog wrote: Has to be! |

Pretty cool design but $$$$ for 'extra' fun features. I'd consider it if they made it a flip up, my Multitec cost as much.

Hey I was Air National Guard!
Hmm...4 generations of Navy but no mention of your service...must be adopted! To all FIKIN servicemembers past, current and future I'm thankful they serve(d)! And if you're interested in saluting them as well considering joining http://www.patriotguard.org/ no cost to be a member. Prior service not a requirement either just a desire to show your appreciation to the ones who have and continue to serve. BTW, you ride with lots of HOG and choppers/cruisers bikes but they don't care I'm on a scoot. Fuzzy wrote: stickyfrog wrote: There are a lot of FIKIN Airmen in here!
