Hello everyone...
i would like to make a few mods on my s150... I'm thinking of a Sito plus exhaust, malossi multivar 2000 variator, and upjet 5%... what's your opinion? what will be the results?

The Sito and the Malossi will give you more pep off the line and an ability to hold speed on hills better.

You will lose some off the top speed but, hey, no sane person should be doing 70mph on an S150, 67 is just fine.....

Not so sure about the 5% upjet.

I had an upjet on our ET when we had the 190 kit, it really loused things up, huge flat spot and gutless top end.

I ended up rejetting back to stock, even with the kit.

Mr Malossi likes to chew rollers so allow frequent roller changes which gets to be a pain in the arse after a week or so. Exhausts are louder but dont give any performance increase. Expect abuse from the neighbors as the noise will drive both you and them insane.

youll be back to stock in no time

PS, I have tried these mods and the best modification is the flyscreen.

hi

about the variator, i've fitted a polini who gives me better acceleration, & top speed, & doesn't eat that much rollers i've checked them after 5000kms & there are ok. I think i'll do 9000kms as the stock belt with my config.

about the exhaust, i'm not ok with jimscoot: "Exhausts are louder but dont give any performance increase" You should try a PM for performance!
There's many, and also differents types.
I'm looking for more feed back about the sito before fitting one on my GT, it's not that loud, compared to a PM that i used, even a LV (both too loud for me)

about the upjet, as marc i don't like it, keep your money for a flyscreen! it's the cheapest & efficient mod, maybe with a larger rear tire, don't know if you can do it on an S150...

about the money, you'll also be less heavy after these mods around 500e, & so you may gain a few more km/h!

From my point of view, if you've got the money, do it!
The vespa will be much more fun to ride, shure that you'll enjoy!

enjoy your mods!
