Geez my 2008 PX 200 with 70 miles on the odometer for the equivalent of $4650 USD seems like a good deal. Sure I missed out on the towel drying racks (mine's bog standard) and the Malossi 210 kit but plenty of time for that later.
Where we lose out is in the low prices of older models you have there. |

You guys are makin' me blush! It's the damned congenital predisposition to Obsessive Compulsive Disorder that makes me buy too many scooters. You shoulda seen me when I was hooked on Beanie Babies! 2 months at Betty Ford and some heavy duty shock therapy brought me outta that phase barely in the nick of time...
Now where the Hell did I put that case of Star Wars Light Sabers? Teddy |

In NZ, they imported a BUNCH of these...disproportionately more than they sent anywhere else. The difference was that they didn't affix the dummy tank or spare tire holder in the middle. They still had the cutdown legshield, the drop bars, the seat, the same engine... the unique-styled front fender, etc. They did NOT have the badging on the back that read "super sport" though. They were each named something unique : IIRC, they called the 50 the "Sprinter" and the 90 the "Racer" or something like that. |

If you would have found the club about 1.5 years earlier, Chris Palmer sold a V90 that had been faked into an SS90 for $1500, complete with the bars, dummy tank, and was painted the bright yellow stock SS90 color. It had a V90 engine in it that he had kitted up a bit. Alma bought it locally, and then took it with her when she moved to chicago. -Eric |
