TOL. Has there ever been an effort to establish a Council (i.e. Moderators serve on this Council) within their respective market place (i.e. U.S., U.K., Australia)?

Advisory Council would then be able to "moderate" appropriate issues that would be addressed directly with a Point of Contact(s) within Piaggio/Vespa (i.e. U.S Advisory Council engages with Piaggio/Vespa USA).

Adivisory Councils serve an important function within any organization to insure that there is a means to respectfully communicate issues that need to addressed. It's a collborative process and ultimately everyone wins.

Adivisory Council could serve as a sounding board for the development of new products, services, etc.

Granted we will need to have Piaggio/Vespa support this initiative.
