I'm thinking about going dayglo as well. I think it's my age.

I'm looking for a well made vest and not one that wouldn't look out of place on a building site.

can't. my day is filled from 8am to about 6pm. the toof will have to wait. maybe it'll have calmed down by tomorrow. in the meantime i'm having a nice cocktail of every painkiller in my bathroom cabinet

When there's more time I'll tell you one of my many dental stories but for now the best one was when my dentist cut the nerve out of my tooth and then showed it to me while it was still on the end of the blade.

Going home last night was certainly interesting. You don't expect a ford on the Aldwych.

I am another recent convert to the day-glo army. I find the grey gloomy days are the worst for being seen.

I finally have my scoot back from Dave at London Scooter Bodyshop and £300 later it is close to perfect. I can recommend his services just as much as everyone else does. It is nice to be out riding again

You're on - January is due to be a bunch of hellsticks so I will need all the soothing, ambient noise I can get.

marc - the only exercise I do is opening my eyes, scrabbling around for cigarettes and bedroom gymnastics so I would die if I attempted that race.

i see it's in may, so temperatures may be slightly above freezing. i also see that they have 'a few surprises' in store - in addition to the mud, cliffs, and various water hazards. that's got me a bit worried that there's a bush tucker trial or some similar nonsense at the 5k mark.

May I tell you about a cabaret project I am launching on the 13th December?

The Criterion Restaurant is without doubt the most beautiful room in London, and London has long needed a proper Cabaret venue. How about A really nice three course meal, interspersed with some fine entertainment.

Usually it will be a singer you will want to know about, a singer you will already know about and a speciality act you didn't think you would enjoy so much as you did.

I get to host it and do a very little bit of magic now and again; all for 40 quid. It will take place on a Sunday evening, early enough to get you home for a good nights sleep before school on Monday.

If the 13th is a success, I get to do it every Sunday in the new year.

If this is not in order, feel free to remove it without me getting fed up!
