It has finally dawned on me why so many university students turn to cannabis - I have yet to find a good DJ and tonight's student union night out made me want to weep.

On the look out for a "courier bike" as an upgrade due to my increasing motorway and a shop in reading quoted my £800-1000 for my 57reg LX with screen and rear rack, is this a little on the low side?

18,000-mile service booked for the GP800 next week. That'll be new belt and rollers (which could have done with replacing last time, but do they listen to me at that garage? ect ect moan drone) and probably chain too.

I'm taking my bike for its first MOT tomorrow. Makes me think that the gts is so reassuringly well built that I imagine it'll sail through as long as the headlight is adjusted down a bit and the missing exhaust clamp is replaced.

I'm really feeling in love with the old girl at the moment and may even go so far as getting a bucket of soapy water out.

I watched The Road at my local movie house last night.

It's very painfull, bleak and if I'm honest quite depressing but it's compelling stuff.

It's worth seeing just for Robert Duval who acts the pants of everyone again which is difficult to do when everyone in it is exceptional.

my arms ache so badly from training last night that i was barely able to push the scooter out into the road, but i managed in the end, and had a nice ride in, apart from Swiss Cottage intersection, which could be easily confused with the surface of the moon apart from the water gushing from various broken mains etc.

i know i should have adjusted it a long, long time ago but i always thought of it as a 50% diy headlight modulator.

lovely work alice. had me laughing out loud and then mrs kam came in and asked me what i was laughing at. she looked utterly bored shitlesss when i explained the whole story of my badly adjusted headlight history to her

Yay for marriage, when your partner looks bored shitless in your presence and you think "ha, you'll have to stand there and feign interest by not closing your eyes and falling asleep!"

Similar feelings of bored shitlessness are prompted when Mr Wonder discusses anything related to any computer game which involves guns, shooting people in the face or driving a virtual car.

We live in South London, I consider you can do that stuff for real if it interests you.

Maybe that's why I've never got married. I don't have the ability to look interested when I'm bored shitless.

I usually end up looking like I'm bored shitless.

" or any other equally callous statement. Otherwise you are sleeping on the couch... or at least spending several hours in the presence of the "Ice Queen".
