Xena XZZ6 doesn't fit ET4?

I'm confused, I just bought the disc lock due to some recommendations on here and my Vespa dealer, but the lock doesn't seem to fit. There is not enough room between the rim and the disc to slip the bottom part of the lock through to attach it. It also says on the xena website that this model should fit the ET4. But then on this thread https://modernvespa.com/forum/topic29018 the first post says it won't fit an ET4...

I bought a Zena XZZ6 and it fits my GT200 disc...not sure about your EF4. I would recommend you call who you bought it from (or Zena point of contact...may be a distributor).

I've attached the directions just in case.
