OK this time it was the classic tale of taking a 90 degree turn at normal speed after our abnormaly wet spring and the inter section is badly rutted and washed out and filled with gravel from heavy rains. I lost control and laid it down rather then hit cars waitiing to turn left.
For those of you in Colorado it was on highway 7 turning right on colorado blvd . The pavement here is all torn up compounded by the weird rains we have had this year. One guy that stopped was a harley rider that nearly saw another bike go down at the same spot.
I ate it good and tore up my right elbow. knee, and shoulder. People that saw me wreck were cool including the the guy that saw another near wreck at the same spot and said he was gonna grab a broom and clean it it up.
Now I got my scoot ready to ride again but when re-attaching my righand mirror it broke off in my hand. Any ideas how to correct this problem will be apprecriated. Basically the mirror came off in my hand when trying to tighten it down.
Any advice appeciated
