Your results may vary, but i doubt you'll have to pay anything.

besides paying thru the nose on import your shipment will be in customs forever!

looking to circumvent the system or ease a headache?
order from a stateside shop, most locals put in orders about once/twice a month. i know several that would be happy to take your money on a piggyback order. and you may even save on shipping!

However, once in a while customs catches it and the individual gets a duty bill.
