I have a loose mirror on my 250 MP3. For some reason I can't figure out how to tighten or remove the mirror. The other post on modern vespa about mirrors appear to be other models and don't appear to apply. Can any explain or better yet post a picture of how to tighten a side mirror.

Thanks

The nut on the mirror stalk is reached from underneath the handlebars. Look and you will see a hole and you can reach in with a nut driver to tighten the nut and hold the mirror in place.

No, you hold the mirror stalk still and let the nut go around in circles with the help of a nut driver.

Upper part of mirror loose
Actually I'm asking about the upper part of the mirror, closest to the actual mirror. On another post I saw a picture of what looked like a different mirror where the glass part of the mirror was removed to reveal a nut. Looks like this mirror is different, doesn't look like the glass will come out without breaking it. I'm sure it's easy, just need to know how.

thanks

Does anyone have experience with this? I'm now attempting to remove the glass part of the mirror it self.

Sorry, it was more than a year ago I had to tighten mine. I used a metric socket with extension and don't remember which socket came out of the set to fit.
