I'm not exactly sure with THAT rack. I bought a similar one. The bolts had to share the tail light bolts. What's worse, my tail light wiring came out a hole between the two mounting bolts. The rack had no hole there. I ended up moving the wiring for the tail light to make it work.

I'd check to see if there is a hole in the very center of the lower mount for the wires. If not, it'll be a bit of a project.

Try to get a picture with the connection plate under the seat,
Those rack arms are at a strange angle.

Mine are straight out from the seat.
