Holy cow, what a find! I don't think that would count as a modern Vespa though, I believe the technical term would be "New Old Stock". Wow... how could one resist riding such a gorgeously perfect bike for 35 years?

You what though, not worth it. That is a TON of money for a scooter that might get nicked by a door, caught in the rain, etc. Wouldn't spend that dough on it unless I was prepared to keep it in that "new condition." Otherwise, I'd pick one up for half that price with 2,000 original miles on it and ride the little thing like it was meant to be ridden!

But that's just how I am... I don't like owning things I can't actually bring myself to USE... and I wouldn't be able to bring myself to use that scoot
