GIVI E55 Maxia
I am looking at this same case. I had been looking at the Coocase and had acquired a GIVI E710 bracket to support it per twistedthrottle's ebay ad that indicated it was required, but subsequently learned from them that it was incorrect. Now that I have the bracket - which I found for $35 on ebay - I will probably have to stick with GIVI.

This particular case looks monstrous and I wonder how it will affect handling, especially well packed and riding two up... With all the topcase reviews in this forum I really don't recall seeing much on that.

Thats a insane find dont those brackets cost over $100 bucks? Is this the bracket I need for this Givi Case? The case does look a little large but I need that for school helmet etc. I dont think it will effect the handling more then a passenger would.

Check this page: http://www.twistedthrottle.com/trade/productview/4472

I got lucky. A vendor named ascycles on ebay had the E710 bracket new for a crazy price so I jumped on it. It was still new but the box of parts had been bouncing against the bracket in transit so there were a few rough edges, but it looks fine.

I have not committed to the huge $$ for the case yet since I want to finish my lighting mods and add a horn - and probably that cool garage door opener - first. If you order up I hope to see some pictures.

Hi, new to forum... just wanted to point out that i think ascycles is my local dealership... A&S Powercycles of Roseville... that's where I got my black MP3 500 two weeks ago. Known for their service.

Yeah I really want to do the lighting mods but not sure how I know I want to add LED rears and some ground lights etc. I figure the box is easy how far along are you on your lights?

You'll love the case. I have the E52 and have no complaints. It looks very good on the 500 too.

Ha I thought the title of this thread was macrobat offering "case work" services for an mp3. Expected to see a pic of someone holding a sign on an interstate off ramp Laughing emoticon

Most material ordered, plans relatively mature for LEDs, brake flasher, headlight modulator (done), Stebel horn, fuse block, additional side lights, running lights, etc. When I tear into the electrical system I want to do as much of it at once as I can and at the same time prepare for future additions. PM me if you want to discuss some details.

Did you order the GIVI topcase? Sure like to see how it looks before I commit.

Not yet right now I am weighing my options cost etc against the coocase S48 it prices out more but I really like the features. Agggghhhh cant decide but I do need a case to carry school work etc.

I found this little trailer called MO-PUP on craigslist that can be used for a topcase, wagon or pet carrier. I emailed the guy and among other things he did say he uses high speed bearings with his trailers. After someone said they might be a bit concerned about these large GIVI's affecting the handling of their MP3's,I thought maybe this could be of help. The really nice thing is this trailer is only 175.00 In Indiana.
