My Horn Sticks S150

Okay, one year old S150 kept covered by patio or by Prima cover.

My horn sticks about 95% of the time now and instead of a friendly "meep meep" I shoot out an obnoxious "meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep!" I think I'm offending people and I'm certainly beginning to offend myself!

Thoughts? Air canister? WD40? Duct tape? (I heard it fixes everything)
