High pitched noise from the belt

With nearly 3,000 miles on my 500, has anyone else noticed a high-pitched sound coming from the transmission/belt area? It only occurs as I add on the speed/RPM's. If I can, I'll get a video of it and post. It's fairly consistent, and not altogether unpleasant. It just concerns me, is all.

I have had the same thing. I don't know if I would call mine high pitched but usually about 3000 rpm there is a faint whistle. After I get the rpms up it goes away. It seems to happen only on low rpm.

Have it too. Mostly at low speed. Gone when at higher speed. Hope to hear from the expert. Clutch needs cleaning? Belt? Rollers? Help please.
