Modern Vespa

You know that freebie tee shirt Vespa was giving away on their USA site? Just got the shirt and it was well worth the $8 shipping. The tee shirt is of high quality and fitted, like Banana Republic ones (scorreeee!)

I was hoping it would be as I hate those cheapo rock conerty sports teamy kinda tee shirts where the medium is too small and the lage is way too large and the shirts smell of bum sweat.

Coupled with my new helmet...I'ze in vespa-heaven.

It's only tuesday which confirms i am still in hell.

I like mine too, so I wore it at AmeriVespa but no one commented on it, good or bad. And yes, it fit fine.

The one that people always love is the koi goldfish design from Modified in Portland. Not a Vespa design, just cool.

It took me close to a month to get it. But it is really worth the wait and order to your actual size. T shirts scare me because if they are not iftted or cheaply made, the sizes suck no matter what.

Fitted large worked for me. This would be the equivalent of normal medium on regular t shirts minus the raggedy baggedy fluffy arm shoulder puffs and overlong bottom of the t shirt.

My wife hates shopping with me...can you tell?

Whoa...I just went to the Vespa USA site and found out they want me to enter my credit card number on a site that's not secure. No way!

yeah because you have to pay for the ship & handling. It's in the fine print.

I understand that...I just meant they wanted me to enter a credit card number on a page with a URL that doesn't start with "https". You might as well put that number out on a message board...

I got my shirt a week ago and no one stole my card number. As said

before, a great shirt for a few bucks.

I can't believe you guys are giving out your personal information and credit cards on that page. A secure cert for their server would only cost like $25 bucks its shocking to see a company ask for credit card details in this age without encryption.

Heck they could at least use paypal if they were to lazy to secure their own server, or google checkout, or amazon checkout....

the website is fine. fot my shirt no issues either...someone can steal your cc info at a chinese restaurant...and i LOVE my shirt.

It's scary, but most people have no idea about page encryption and identity theft. I REALLY like their Vespa Track Top! Not too sure how I feel about the blue, though. It's kind of growing on me.

credit cards are other peoples money. If there is any type of fraud it is the credit card companies problem. Most cards have online fraud protection. If your using a debit card its a little more hairy.

I got my Vespa T which says "Vespa in the Beach"
Which is extremely rare now because "Vespa in the Beach" in Toronto is gone now.
