Thanks Marc. Bill would be proud. Lots of cutting back with Menzerna polishes, a clay bar and finished off with a couple of coats of Klasse and then Collinite Insulator wax over the top.

In fact that's way over the top....

I good do my hair* in that horn cover! The checker-stripe is cool too.

I would quite happily pay you or Bill to polish my bike, I really do not have the patience of you two in that regard.

I am keeping my eyes open for a cheap et4. I want to learn more about scooters (I have bought books ) I thought a cheap do-er upper might be helpful.

You are too generous Bill. It is indeed white. (with a nasty buggering scratch, inflicted upon the poor GTS on day 1 of ownership by the c*ck who owns the shop next door to mine. He denies being the culprit but he looks shifty to me)

Give me chance to work my magic on it and I'll see what I can do with it.

Seriously though like Doug I have a cupboard of cleaning and polishing stuff that will make it looks like new.

Anyway way of showing me that scratch ?
