Lowside you fall on the lowside of the scooter and there is much less impact. Highside, you are thrown over the scooter and the impact is much greater. Good thing that guy wasn't wearing shorts and a t-shirt.

Ah i guess something like that lol
Yeah it is! also he managed to carry on rolling with the impact, which is a good way to survive a falling off, hes lucky there were no cars behind him though.
