Down to the last issue on the scoot before it gets sprayed , the Hinges and the plastic bits either side were pretty damaged (the actual plastic hinge was outside the metal holder) , the screw holes are stripped as well as the screw won't tighten , i've cleared it out and tried a couple of things to little success , question is
A. Will this be possible to fix ?
B. Whats the cheapest place to buy the full front glove box in the uk?

i'm afraid i don't know the answer to A (though it sounds like it might be 'no'), but as far as getting a replacement is concerned, your best bet is probably a breaker's yard - if you're getting it resprayed anyway it doesn't matter what colour it is.

You may be able to fix the stripped screw holes with a 2 part epoxy glue. Do you have Araldite in your country? Pretty tough, verstaile stuff.
I would mix up a small brew and fill the stripped screw holes using a matchstick to 'wiggle' the resin in. Let it set fully for 24 hours before screwing in the self tapping screws. No guarantees but worth a try for a tenner ($10).
Good luck.

boulty has the right idea but I would drill it out first with a small bit before trying to put the screw in.

You could drill through the holes that were stripped, counter sink the out side of the hole, then use a screw and nut to hold it in place. You can paint over the hardware if you have to.

I did essentially this exact thing with mine and have never had an issue with it since.
