on the inside of my glove box it reads battle scooter any idea what thi means and what are some of your scooters names

There's a website battlescooter.com. it has scooter parts etc. This may be what that sticker is from.

It means that your scooter was originally made as a target drone for the Italian military. Somehow, it must have slipped through the administrative cracks and wound up as a civilain export machine by mistake.

Your bike is exceedingly rare, as few survived their original 'mission'.


As to your second question, my wife has named her 650 Burgman 'Allen', and mine was always 'Stephen Charles'....Someday, when I finally buy a Vespa, I have already selected the name 'Larry' for it.
