on my s150 i am going to install the euro lights (thank you for the help) but one final question in getting into the horncast. there is a screw in the bottom and one under the badge, how do i remove the badge properly with out breaking it? is there a trick?
this video looks like a good reference but it does not show a trick to remove the badge. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uj-aX7rM_9k

When you're facing the badge, look at the right side. There is hole where you can place the flat end of a screwdriver. Use a piece of cloth to protect the paint and lever the badge out.

Removal of the horncast is illustrated in the beginning of this tutorial (located in the Technical section of MV). Make sure that you use a cloth to protect the paint.

..also, make doubly sure all the screws are removed from the headset/lamp housing before tugging to remove. I missed a screw and ended up cracking one of the tabs which are very delicate. See here:
