hi

im having a little prob while shifting gears, they seem rough and sometimes hard to find. it has a new clutch. what could be the problem?, or its just me. its also fitted with a polini 152 cc. any help very welcome.

Try adjusting your clutch cable. If you have too much free-play in the lever, your new clutch might not be fully disengaging.

i like a 1/4 to 1/2 inch play on a large frame and absolutly no play on a small

If the clutch cable is good also make sure and check that your gear selector cables are snugged up proper, and all the gear box bits are working as intended...

take the gear selector box top off then try. could be one of them cheap covers they put back on by mistake or even a chrome one
