I was talking to a guy in the Honda dealership the other day, who told me that Canada is supposed to be getting the SH150i any time now... but that it has been delayed "for awhile". http://hondash150i.ca/en/

Anybody know why there has been a holdup getting this scooter into Canada?

Does anyone own this bike in Europe - and how do you like it?

I should have asked the Honda people including the marketing people who were in attendance at our scooter rally this past weekend. They had a fleet of SH's for test rides. I didn't realize that they were delayed to our market.

Tell 'em to hurry up and launch the SH300. It's the best mid size scoot out there.

I'd say that they are waiting to see if the SH 150 will be a sales success prior to deciding about whether or not to bring the SH 300 to Canada.

In the UK, I've only seen SH125s (and 300s, of course). I don't think we get a 150 here (but I expect they do in continental Europe).

They look well made (a lady at work parks one near me sometimes), and have a good reputation. As for looks, I think people either love them or hate them, but the big-wheeled style is getting ever more popular, so I suppose that means more and more people like them nowadays.

Husband rides one and likes it. They are good scooters, if not the prettiest.

Honda makes a better town scooter called the PS1 which has smaller, fatter wheels. Vespa riders might prefer that to the SH.

We have one SH150 @ a Honolulu Honda Dealer...not getting much interest...too pricey per Sales Manager who is personal aquaintance. Was quite frank in his assessment...if gas goes up like it did last year price would not be an issue. However, it's now the economic situation / uncertainty that is really affecting overall sales.

However, he did indicate that there was suppose to be a SH125 that was released here during the summer...but we're well into summer and nothing yet.

Nothing about SH300...

(Actually I was hoping that they would introduce a Honda Metro in a 125cc...classic styling [Vespa like] and might be a good fit for the wife!)
