So, I've had the Pinasco 177 on my 88' PX125 for about 2 weeks now and have about 300kms (186miles) on it. What is the normal break-in for this kit? How much longer do I need to drive around like an old Grandpa? The plug is looking good and this weekend I plan on doing a 250K road trip where the speeds are 70kmh - 80kmh. Should it be okay?

Agreed, would be really interested to hear your carb/pipe setup and your jetting. I've been working on getting one set up with 24/24 carb and Sito+, running pretty well with the main jet stack at 160/BE3/118.

But, back to your question. Everyone has their own opinion, I've heard everything from one tank of gas to 500 miles. The original running in stickers on old bikes I believe say 1000 miles. So it really comes down to what you are comfortable with. I would go real easy for 100 miles, and pretty easy for 500.
