Anyone got any recommendations of locks or devices that will fit the later disc wearing P range?
Many thanks.

I have one of these. I'm pretty sure the cable diameter is thin enough to get through in the front wheel area. That said, it of course wouldn't be to hard to cut through, but if someone did... the alarm is pretty damn loud. (Caveat: I live close to the coast where it's pretty humid. The alarm doesn't like humidity at all and gets a little quirky when damp.) Again, not recommended as a theft preventive, just a possible deterrent. 2 cents... |

Not especially for disc brake models, but I use a U-lock on my PK whenever there is no possibility to lock it up properly to a post or something.
The U-lock goes through the brake pedal lever and it locks up behind the centerstand. So it puts some pressure on the back brake and additionally the stand can not be opened up, both things make it a bit harder to drag along by a possible thief. Of course this can not prevent lifting the scoot up to a van etc Here is some pics of my solution: ![]() ![]() |

Another thing I've done is griplock on the clutch. |

I use a kryptonite chain and padlock - I can't remember the name (I think it was a New York or something) but it's the heaviest duty chain they make for bicycles. Put it around the front shock and chain it to anything I can. The chain was the only manageable one I could find that has a good report against bolt cutters...
