I have already opted to disconnect the evap hose to the carburator to remedy the situation of difficulty in starting, stalling, etc. (see pic on evap. hose disconnect with foam filter). Details on evap hose disconnect process is already posted in Wiki.

Per related post on Evap Disconnect. I promsed to follow up on the disconnect of the overflow hose from the filler neck (fuel tank) from the evaporator canister (edit SHOULD BE ROLL OVERVALVE)...which was a discussed process to reduce the possiblity of pressure build up in fuel tank (difficulty starting, stalling, etc.). Basically, the overflow hose provides a means for excess fuel to drain off and in addition provides a vent to minmize pressure build up in fuel tank. This is for information purposes only. Any individual attempting to duplicate this process assumes full responsibility for his or her actions.
