Can I even switch to semi synthetic oil from fully synthetic? The reason why I'm asking is because I'm finding that the P200E is running sluggish and will stall. Although it might be my air filter being clogged.

Then by all means clean the air filter. Then check the spark plug. As far as switching oil, I don't think fully synthetic is known to be a problem in Vespa engines.

Rmoved the air filter and cleaned ot the 2 jets, bearing in mind the large jet is in 3 parts. Popped it all back together and it now runs superb. I have a Polini 152 kit on my T5 and use fully synthetic 'Rock Oil'
