I installed a PInasco 177kit recently on my PX125 and yesterday I began having idling issues. What happened was:

- The bike was slowly stalling out on idle and felt like there wasn't much throttle for the first 1/3 of throttle. We adjusted the idle screw, but it didn't help. On the way back from my ride the Idle was extremely high and it wouldn't stall so I turned the idle screw down and it was riding fine. Should I adjust the mixture screw a bit? Could the jets be dirty?

It was stalling when warm and cold. We adjusted the idle screw and it made no difference, but later on it started idling really high so we had to turn down the idle

You might want to consider going to a different size idle jet. Does it seem like it's stalling for lack of gas or too much gas? For example, does the bike keep running with the choke out? If so, you're likely too lean on your idle mix and need to upjet your idle jet.

If you're getting too much gas, then go down on your idle ...but that's something that's highly unlikely. If you went to a bigger top end, you should be going UP in your jets, not down.

It almost felt like a lack of gas and kind of like a dead spot on the low end of the throttle. The top end of the throttle feels fine, but the bottom 1/3 feels very unresponsive

Oops. forgot to say that yes it would run with the choke out when it was stalling out on idle. Normally it would stall with the choke out.
