Modern Vespa

Yea I know check the search button. Well after a few hundred posts, I

still did not get my answer. A real dumb question. What are the numbers

for the gel cell battery for my LX. My stock one lasted three years and I

am tired of charging it up every two weeks or so.

well the stock battery sucks,


change it to a YTX12BS (CTX12BS) battery.


But you'll need a larger tray

Can you tell me what the stock is. I don't have time for a new tray and

You can temporarily fit the YTX12bs in there with no tray until you get the proper tray. That makes more sense than getting an inferior battery that has caused problems for most people.

Hi i found if i took out the plastic tray below battery on my et i could fit it ok ,just put some foam in bottom worked for me ps get a gel battery les hassle cheers Bill
