You can PM him here: https://modernvespa.com/forum/privmsg.php?mode=post&u=32 He has installed all the modifications on my LX and does the major maintenance stuff. He's Vespa-certified, used to be the tech at Vespa Sherman Oaks. Other mechanics have told me he probably knows the modern Vespas better than anyone else in the area. He also owns and works on vintage bikes, can get just about any part you'd ever need, and has competitive labor rates. I've been going to him for a few years and have never had an issue and am always confident the job is done well. |

Mossimo in OC is good reasonable price. He's a very nice guy.
I just got some tire changes from him, however, I've noticed that the rims were scuffed up when I got home. So when I called him he was very nice about the situation and promised me that he'll make it right. He could of denied the problem but he didn't do that and that tells lot about Mossimo's character as a person. His prices are good and provide excellent service. Scooterwork in Orange I think tries to overcharge and wanted to come in for a valve adjustment which will cost like $250.00 but didn't go in since the service manual I have didn't mention anything about that. That is my 2 cents worth. |

I am taking my scooter to Massimo on Friday for my 12k service. I do a belt and rollers every 6k to be safe. He has great prices and even better service.

BOTH SCOOTER SHOPS ARE GREAT
changerang wrote: anyone ever been to Fullerton Vintage? I have had both mechanics work on my scooters over the years and both Chris Lawrence Fullerton Vintage (Lambretta Specialist) and Massimo DeMarko are great guys to be around and have work on your scooter. Both mechanics will work on many different brand scooters but Chris's specialy is with Lambretta vintage scooters where Massimo is Vespa oriented. 8)

As for Warranty work, after dealing with Temple City Motorsports Vespa, Id def give them the thumbs up, the service manager is named Jeff. Ride Safe Manny PS.I have a couple friends who go to The Scooter Shop and they say they are good and knowledgable. Its just too far from me to try. |
