If i had to choose, i'd want one that had a 4 speed gearbox ...and the later style engine ... because it's easier to kit.

Some folks like the square headset one with the plastic front horncast ( the one they copied the modern S150 off of ).

I like the mid 70's ones... no particular reason other than i had a 1974 one that i did a lot of work on 2 years ago and it was a neat bike.
