You're not putting the [img ] tag around it which is why it just shows the plain text

should be [im g] the picture url [/img]

take out the spaces I added though.

Well, here's mine, if it works. Am thinking about doing a trip to Pittsburgh going through West Virginia, but probably not because I'd have to break up the trip into two days and not sure can afford the hotel cost.

Muriel, A couple of years back I took a scooter trip through the Virginias and found that WV have wonderful state parks and most have lodges that are much nicer and cheaper than the majority of motels out there. That might be a travel option. While your traveling check out the Trans Allagheny Lunatic Asylum in Weston WV. It is so creepy! They used to do ice-pick labotomys there.
