I set mine according to the glove box door. I have never tried a drain plug magnet, but if you don't mind separating yourself from the cash in the event it's a gimmick, give it a shot. Can't hurt, right?

Workshop manual says 2.0 to 2.3 bar depending on load. That's 30 to 35 psi.

EU rider+passenger = US rider alone it seems. Judging by many posts on here, I'd say that was about right...

Yes, there are plenty of obese people in the UK, and I have huge sympathy for all those whose BMI is off the clock, but 'rider only' should be assuming far less than that. Use your noggin (a word I learned recently is one of the oldest still in current use, from pre-history) where tyre pressures and suspension set-ups are concerned.
