OK - I have no idea - but what is with the maps in peoples footers -is it places you have had a shag, got drunk or ridden a scooter?

Is it a badge of honour thing?

Please enlighten me!

Is there a simple way to add them to your sig or do you need to save and then link to an external url?

For your signature line, it works if you link to it, I don't see a way to upload a photo to your signature line, but I might just not know how. The photos in my sig line are linked.

Perhaps that segues into the reminder that you can actually hide ALL the pictures in a person's signature file by pushing that little button in the lower left hand of their post window ...it's just a tiny icon of a guy.

It hides their avatar and sigfile from your view for that person, until you push it again to reveal it.

If everyone starts doing crazy map sigfiles, i'm hiding the lot of you.

I've done more of my riding in other countries than the US However it's cool to see Hawaii actually part of a US map since most of the time we are forgotten

I made a map to celebrate Christopher Lowell's fabulousness taking the US by storm. I purposefully omitted Hawaii from the map, however, because it's a commonly known fact that Christopher Lowell hates Hawaii and considers it a wretched place.

Mine is where Ive ridden to on my scoot. I guess I could color in Floride and Arizona gray, Ive been there but didnt ride a scooter.

If the Hawaiians should out how Christopher Lowell feels about them, they are all going to leave that state in droves. Housing prices will fall, the economy there will become depressed.

It will be like Detroit, but with parrots and a lot of Don Ho playing in the background.

In my case the map is more a parody than a badge of rider honour

I thought Mr. Lowell left Hawaii off the map as they won't let him off the plane there.

This was done to protect the locals from having to listen to the fools drivel.

I think it all started w/ RVs. If you ever hit one of those big tourist destinations where RVs congregate, you'll notice the map on the back of the RV w/ various states colored in.
