I have never seen one and I don't think it would be legal. Headlight modulators must conform to specific, federal & state regulations and any other blinking lights on a vehicle are usually illegal. Why don't you check with Kisan or Comagination and see what they say about this.
OK - here known as a 'sidelight' or 'running light'. A hang-over from the days when it used to be legal to ride/drive at night in areas with streetlamps without dipped headlights.
I suppose they are better than nothing should the headlamp fail - but what use in reality now most bikes have 'always on' headlamps and most jurisdictions require a spare headlamp to be carried (and the tools to replace it) is beyond me.
