Hey, everyone. Just wanted to say thanks for the well wishes. Aside from being a little sore, bruised ego, embarrassed, disappointed, and sad I ruined the ride for everyone, all else is peachy. I took amtrack, bus, and BART home. That was more traumatizing than the accident.

The 1.5 days of riding I spent with this group was such a blast! I will get another mc (sorry, OZ) and we'll do this again (minus the ditch diving).

Seeing these birds circle around us should have been my sign...
