I know there is a nice thread noting age and location but is there a way to just identify OHIO owners? I am new to cycle riding and would really like to talk to someone one-on-one about do's and don'ts and upgrades and downgrades. I love this site. What a help it has been in getting to a comfort level to buy an MP3 500. Thanks for any help you may be able to throw my way.

From another Ohio enthusiast...
There was an ad in a magazine like Auto trader selling new mp3 500's for the incredibly low price of $7883! I called to see if it were legit, and talked to a girl who said they were the highest volume motorcycle/scooter store in Michigan (Lansing). 1-888-545-3509 Full Throttle Motorsports You will not regret this purchase! |

It doesn't matter *what* two (three) wheels others ride on. As long as you enjoy the ride with them, that's good! And yes I realise that could be mis-interpreted, but I lift my eyebrows in disdain. |

What part of Ohio? (nothing in your profile)
We have www.scootcleveland.com for rides in NE Ohio, and www.epsp.us (Easy Peasey) in Columbus. Both ride weekly. |

I don't know if there's anything in/near Dayton. Just a bit of trivial. MV founder Jess used to live near you in Yellow Springs, and still has family there. |

Dealers are advertising in the local ads and when u go to buy it, they tag other expenses onto the sale, unlike a straight forward private sale! Best of luck.

I just believe there is way too much dealer bashing on the forum. They are trying to make a living, same as you and I.
Hell, if I buy a stereo, (shows how old I am) they want to add service charges and warranty charges etc etc. Dealers are no different. It is there version of "do you want fries with that?" You are wise to be a savvy, informed shopper. We all have probably paid too much for these little machines, but that was our choice. |
