i really like this picture, remind me of my childhood when my dad took me out for a ride with his vespa

man, i'd get arrested in 8.2 seconds if i did that where i live.

hehe tak, i see how ur law enforcement really string here no one will arrest u for taking ur child in front like that even i didnt wear helmet when i was a kid while dad took me for a ride

nie nie its not my pic wangta, i took it from a member of kempen vespa club from germany, i post it to bring back memory of other member in mv as it does bring back memories in me

me and my boy owen ride like that quite often

i asked a cop one day if what we were doing was legal

cops are funny people (depending on the day i suppose)

he asked how old

if they are old enough to be out of a car seat

they can ride on a motorcycle

he was'nt sure about being in front but said he'd rather see that then in back

his theory is if the kid takes a nap in front you'll notice sooner than if he were in the back

he asked about my helmet though

yes thats right better in front instead in the back especially if ur kids is a fast sleeper guess i was one of the fast sleeper when i was sitting in the back seat

about helmet, i have one just l;ike u jimmy and yes cop do ask about it sometimes

i don't know why i would get funny looks from anybody

I get funny looks all the time too...I don't know why...

the little ones make us do the silliest things

Looks like a shot my wife took a few months ago when I took my oldest (three years old) on his first ride. Just went up the street and back, but I look forward to the day we do actual rides.

that so sweet.. u wont regret every moment u spend with ur child as they will remember it while they grow up

Here's mine a few years back when we were restoring the SS. He'll be getting his permit next year. He's already riding the scooters in the backyard and driveway. They grow up fast.

ohh, able to restore ur vespa with ur son that was soo cool..

now you need to find a 50cc vespa for him, killo.

Awesome pics guys, my dad used to take me out on his Triumph Bonneville when I was little. These memories stay with you forever. You've just given me a major trip down memory lane.....thanks for that. Wish he was here now to share the moment.

i am glad this threat can make us feel a flash back memory to all the sweetness we have as a kid while riding along and doing a memorable stuff with our beloved family

i remember when my dad gave me rides on his scooter. my wife and me just had our first baby boy 6 1/2 weeks ago and i cant wait to give jack his first ride on the vespa.

My wife and I just put our 5yr twins on the school bus for their first day. We hopped on the P and followed the bus to the school to watch them go in. On the ride home after my shoulder was wet with her tears.

It was her first ride on a scoot and very memerable...

Time marches on.

Here is now. He's starting to ride my GTS in the driveway...

kilo : kids does grow fast and all u can do as parent is to support them and spend so many time with them, but i think kilo junior need helmet if he drive alot in driveway and he look so cool in red gts i bet he cant wait to get his driving license

how old do you have to be to ride a moped?

in my place normally u have to be 17 year old to have a driving license and it goes to moped too.. but the bike that i first ride isnt a moped, its a vespa and my age was late when i start riding it.. i was 14 year old when i first riding my bro sprint v and only took 5 second to make him pist off to me as i open the throttle too much and release the cluth too fast, yes the result i was whellie the front tire up from the ground while my bro and my dad scream something.. haha it was a funny moment
