jimc, you are only partially right. my problem is with my dealer service but also with the manufacturers dealings with some warranty claims. now the other rider, dgibsonmusic, i think has a legitimate claim with the dealer and the manufacturer. i know everyones a bit defensive about there scoot, including myself, but my god. i feel really bad for this person. and then he's got people telling him he's needs to quit griping. i'm sorry but that situation is very very wrong and it seems i'm not the only one who thinks so. back to the topic, i am truly curious if piaggio monitors this site. it would make sense. feedback straight from the source. hello there piaggio if you're reading this

No one feels that bad for someone else on the internet.

It reminds me of this Canadian Acura forum incident where a guy got his bumper stolen at work. He posted about it and others on the forum noticed that another guy had just put on the same bumper. Another guy who had also asked where the victim worked. It all blew up when the suspect made a second login to defend himself by claiming to be the real thief.

I suspect they may be reading. In a thread discussing some of Vespa USA's odd choices in promotions, we mentioned Wangta's cross country ride in comparison with the No Age Limit ride and the current promotion of a photographer riding cross country.

VespaUSA's twitter account just posted a link to Wangta's blog.

Could be coincidence... maybe they just Googled it. I asked if they'd been reading the forums but expect no response, much like when I asked what I had to do to get a free Super 300.

Is he still there? Well, if that's the case, Piaggio has one good thing going for them.

Yes.

And its Erik

however I don't understand what being in Costa Mesa and reading modern vespa have in common. Very strange analogy.

Never would have suspected you were a music hall fan, Jim.

My wife used to sew costumes for the British Embassy Music Hall in Washington, and I used to design stage sets. They never had enough Brits to staff the production, so they let us Yanks in on the fun.
