I have the Left kind on my 2009 GTS250 Dragon Red I bought it out of the crate in Feb09. So I only have the single bulb.

I've an '08 with a single bulb.
Something similar was discussed the other day regarding running lights, and how it is considerably easier to make the mod with two bulbs v. cutting a hole. I don't recall if UK/Euro spec bikes have two while US have one, or if it is simply a change they made along the way. They aren't as hung up on model year changes as the US marketplace. As we've seen before, occasionally the odd bike arrives here slightly different from our norm. |

That's classic Italian "parts bin" assembly practice. The same kind of stuff runs rampant throughout the pre-computer-controlled Italian car manufacturers.

My Super 300 was produced in June 2009 and is a 2010 model year version. I have a single bulb only.

A new twist to this: please check your GTS Owner's Manual, page 123.
There, at the bottom of the middle column, it says 2 x 12V/5W bulbs for the sidelights Obviously, they can't mean all sidelights, which would make it four lights, so they must mean per one sidelight. Also, they specify 5W, which is correct. The two-bulb version of the front sidelight has two 5W bulbs, whereas the single-bulb version (which I have) has one 10W bulb. So, the mystery lives on. |

Not trying to hijack this post but, can someone post a picture of the connector that plugs into the single bulb housing (I belive its a black plastic connector with a metal clip)? A close up shot of it plugged in and a shot of just the connector itself would be great.
And while you're at it, can you confirm that the connector has the marking "TYCO 567" on it? |
